PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing roasted laver, requiring an installation space only for one apparatus though having both a function of roasting plate laver to be desirably flatly roasted while transporting the plate laver sandwiched between transportation belts of two belt conveyors in a parallel arrangement and a function of roasting plate laver with a low degree of flatness or plate laver to be intentionally made to have an inferior degree of flatness while transporting the plate laver placed on a conveyor without sandwiching between upper and lower sides, and capable of reducing the cost of equipment compared to the case of introducing two independent kinds of apparatuses.SOLUTION: A first belt conveyor 2, a second belt conveyor 3, a first heater 4, a second heater 5 and a third heater 6 are installed in the inside of a roasting chamber 7a with a doorway. Plate laver to be desirably flatly roasted is roasted by heating with the first and second heaters 4 and 5 while transporting the plate laver sandwiched and pressed between the first belt conveyor 2 and the second belt conveyor 3, and plate laver with an inferior degree of flatness is placed on the first belt conveyor, and roasted by heating with the first and third heaters 4 and 6 while the transportation belt of the first belt conveyor is driven in an opposite direction to a direction when transporting the plate laver sandwiched between the first and second belt conveyors.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】平坦に焼き上げたい板海苔を平行配置の2つのベルトコンベヤの搬送ベルトで挟んで搬送しながら焼き上げる機能と平坦度の悪い板海苔又は意図的に平坦度を低下させる板海苔をコンベヤに載せて上下から挟まずに搬送しながら焼き上げる機能を持ちながら設置スペースが1台分でよく、また、独立した2種類の装置を導入する場合に比べて設備費も削減できる焼き海苔製造装置を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】第1ベルトコンベヤ2、第2ベルトコンベヤ3、第1ヒータ4、第2ヒータ5、第3ヒータ6を、出入口を有する焼成室7aの内部に設置し、平坦に焼き上げたい板海苔は、第1ベルトコンベヤ2と第2ベルトコンベヤ3とで挟みつけて搬送しながら第1,第2ヒータ4,5で加熱して焼き上げ、平坦度の悪い板海苔は、第1ベルトコンベヤに載せ、その第1ベルトコンベヤの搬送ベルトを、第1、第2ベルトコンベヤ間に板海苔を挟んで搬送するときとは反対向きに走行させながら第1,第3ヒータ4,6で加熱して焼き上げるようにした。【選択図】図1
