The invention relates to a conveyance type planting method and a planting device. The planting device comprises a conveyor belt, a plurality of planting plates, at least one light source and at least one water sprinkler. The conveyor belt is disposed on a machine frame. The planting plates are filled with soil for planting crops and are continuously placed on the conveyor belt for conveying. The at least one light source, which is disposed on the machine frame and located above a section of the conveyor belt, is utilized to irradiate the crops planted on the planting plates. The at least one water sprinkler, which is disposed on the machine frame and located above the conveyor belt, is utilized to sprinkle water to the crops planted on the planting plates. The invention enables the crops to be planted on the conveyable planting plates, capable of sprinkling water to and irradiating the crops in the process of conveying the planting plates.
