PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive biological measurement instrument capable of performing measurement even in a subject with long fingers without enlarging the instrument.SOLUTION: A non-invasive biological measurement instrument (a biological measurement instrument 100) includes: a base 1 for placing the finger of a subject at a measurement position P a cover 2 attached to the base 1 and to be movable between an open state A where the measurement position P of the base 1 is exposed in order to place a finger at the measurement position P and a closed state B for covering a finger at the measurement position P in order to capture the image of the finger a light source part 4 for irradiating a finger placed at the measurement position P with light and an imaging unit 3 for obtaining the image of a finger placed at the measurement position P by using light radiated from the light source part 4. A through-hole 7 for receiving the tip of a finger placed at the measurement position P is formed in the base 1 or over the base 1 and the cover 2.
