PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assistance device including a femoral support assembly capable of transmitting the walking assistance force generated by the power generator to the femoral part of a user in a reliable manner and minimizing the discomfort and stress to the user.SOLUTION: The femoral support assembly includes a femoral belt 73, 74 for retaining a front femoral support plate 68, 70 to the femoral part of the user.
