PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking state measuring device that is appropriately wearable without bringing discomfort and can accurately measure a walking state of a user.SOLUTION: A walking state measuring device S comprises: a waist-mounted instrument 11 that is mounted around a waist 3 of a user thigh-mounted instruments 12 that are connected swingably to the waist-mounted instrument 11 and are mounted along both thighs 5 of the user foot-mounted instruments 13 that are connected swingably to the thigh-mounted instruments 12, are mounted along both lower legs of the user and are mounted on both feet 7 of the user and rotation angle detection means for detecting a rotation angle around a hip joint X, a knee joint Y or a talocrural joint Z in bending and stretching motions of the user. The waist-mounted instrument 11, the thigh-mounted instruments 12 and the foot-mounted instruments 13 are swingably connected with each other by using connection bodies 40 and 45 in a longitudinal direction, an adduction or abduction direction and an inner or outer rotation direction through ball joint parts 21 to 23.
