PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic which does not easily adhere to the inner wall of a container when filled in a container, is not slimy when applied to the skin, and achieves a clean finish makeup with no stickiness on the skin.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic comprises the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) 0.1 to 30 mass% of a coloring pigment； (B) 0.01 to 10 mass% of a water-soluble polysaccharide； (C) 0.05 to 20 mass% of dimethiconol； and (D) a sugar alcohol of 0.1 to 20 mass%.
