PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for boiling noodles having a round boiling pan and gas burners arranged therebelow at the center, which allows for partial burning of the gas burners for boiling noodles in a partial area only so as to save consumption of the gas.SOLUTION: The device for boiling noodles includes a boiling tank or boiling pan 4 in which a plurality of boiling baskets 6 can be set at predetermined positions and a plurality of gas burners 3 arranged below the boiling tank or boiling pan which can be selectively operated. A plurality of heat collectors 1 are arranged between the gas burners and the boiling tank or boiling pan at positions opposed to the respective lower faces of the boiling baskets, vertically passing through with one end having a large diameter part 12 and another end having a small diameter part 11.
