PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling apparatus enabling a user to simply make sure a boiling time without setting a timer each time, eliminating a work of extending the hand on a boiling pot when setting with a boiling basket, and making a boiling basket always settable using a through-hole of a boiling basket holding plate on a near side.SOLUTION: A noodle boiling apparatus which is provided with a boiling pot 3 with a circular shape in plane view, capable of arranging a boiling basket 7 along the inner periphery, and a gas burner 2 below the boiling pot includes: a boiling basket holding plate 8 configured so as to be able to set the boiling basket on a prescribed position in the inner periphery in the boiling pot and rotation driving means for rotating at least one of the boiling basket holding plate and the boiling pot around the center of the boiling pot.
