PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic noodle-boiling device capable of fully automatically boiling noodles such as Chinese noodles, Japanese wheat noodles, and buckwheat noodles.SOLUTION: When noodles in a noodle basket 2 are soaked in hot water in a prescribed time and boiled by the rotation of a rotary circular disk 25 in a hot water tub 1, the noodle basket 2 supplies boiled noodles to a cup C by inverting and rotating the cup C conveyed with a cup conveying feeding device 7 by an inverted rotation mechanism 38 of a control head 36 after the control head 36 of a noodle basket handling device 3 holds and lifts up the noodle basket 2, and performs a dewatering operation in a prescribed position, and the empty noodle basket 2 receives noodles balls from a noodle ball feeding device 5, returns to the hot water tub 1 so as to soak the noodle balls, and on the other hand, soup is put into the cup to which the noodles are supplied, from a soup dispenser head in a prescribed position.
