PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle dehydrating device having decreased noise, and drastically solving each kind of inconvenience caused by gelatinization suction water or suction steam.SOLUTION: This noodle dehydrating device is such that a basket placing part 31 which has a basket placing opening 32 to be closed when placing a noodle basket 52 storing noodles 51 is installed, and the upper surface of a first tank 101 for storing liquid, for instance, water W of a properly set temperature, is closed by the basket placing part 31. The device includes, when dehydrating the noodles 51, moving hot water in the first tank 101 to a second tank 201 with a pump 302, in a condition of placing the noodle basket 52 storing the noodles 51 on the basket placing opening 32, and lowering a liquid surface WS of hot water in the first tank 101, and consequently, increasing the volume of a decompression chamber 105 airtightly formed on the lower space of the noodle basket 52, and generating a negative pressure in the decompression chamber 105 so as to suck water from the noodles 51 in the noodle basket 52 and dehydrate the noodles.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】低騒音であり、糊化吸引水分や吸引蒸気によってもたらされる各種不都合を抜本的に解決することができる麺類の水切り装置を得ること。【解決手段】麺類51を収めた麺籠52を載せると塞がれる籠置き開口32を有する籠置き部31を設け、液体、例えば適宜温度設定された水Wを収容可能な第1の槽101の上面を籠置き部31で閉じる。麺類51の水切りをするに際しては、麺類51を収めた麺籠52を籠置き開口32に置いた状態で第1の槽101内のお湯をポンプ302によって第2の槽201に移動させて第1の槽101内のお湯の液面WSを下降させ、これによって、麺籠52の下部空間に気密に形成される減圧室105の容積を増大させて減圧室105に負圧を発生させることにより、麺籠52内の麺類51から水分を吸引してその水切りをするようにした。【選択図】図1
