The present invention relates to a plants growing concrete retaining wall and a constructional method thereof and, more particularly, to a plants growing concrete retaining wall having a space for growing plants inside the wall by using a vegetation unit. The constructional method of retaining walls is to provide nutritional ingredients and water to plants for them to strike their roots by using vegetation management unit and a plowshare undercurrent unit of which the diameter is greater than that of a vegetation inducing unit. Also, when the nutritional ingredients and water are provided for plants, drainage is performed well, thereby preventing the roots of plants from being decayed. In this way, plants do not wither away, thereby growing plants on walls. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a retaining wall body on which inclined walls are installed for preventing the collapse of the inclined walls； and a vegetation unit installed on the retaining wall to grow plants on it.
