The humidifying air purifier capable of growing a plant comprises: a water storage tank wherein an upper portion thereof is opened, and water is accommodated therein a humidifying body which is installed on an upper portion of the water storage tank to form a space between an inner surface thereof and the water storage tank, and comprises an inclined surface inclined downwards in an outward direction by forming a plurality of stepped protrusions having through holes formed on an outer surface thereof a pumping means installed on one side in the water storage tank to transport water in the water storage tank towards the inclined surface and a ventilation means which is installed on one side of the humidifying body, and performs at least one operation among an operation of sucking external air towards the space and an operation of discharging internal air of the space to the outside. According to the present invention, the water supplied from the water storage tank is supplied to a plant growing unit through the inclined surface of the humidifying body to conveniently grow a plant in an indoor space. Also, water particles flowing along the inclined surface of the humidifying body through the stepped protrusions formed on the inclined surface split finely to promote water evaporation to maintain adequate humidity of indoor air by natural humidification. In addition, air flowing into or out of the through holes is purified when the air passes through the water flowing along the inclined surface to reduce maintenance and repair costs by using a natural water flow as a filter.
