The present invention relates to an apparatus of supplying water to a cutting area and a greening method of a cutting area using the same, and more specifically, to an apparatus of supplying water to a cutting area and a greening method of a cutting area using the same, wherein the apparatus is configured to inject water into the inside of a soil layer formed by spraying a vegetation soil to a slope of a cutting area so as to artificially supply water to roots of a plant, thereby increasing a survival rate of the plant growing in the vegetation soil.
