According to the present invention, a solid state antibacterial deodorant using leek extract and method for manufacturing thereof comprises: a crushing step (S10) for washing and crushing leeks； an aging step (S20) for generating an aging mixture from which an antibacterial material is extracted； a concentrating step (S30) for generating the juice of the leek extract from the aging mixture； a mixing step (S40) for generating a leek extract mixed liquid by mixing a plant extract containing a natural antibacterial material； a homogenization step (S50) for generating a natural antibacterial deodorant by mixing a natural emulsifier and a natural herb； a water removing step (S60) for removing water from the natural antibacterial deodorant； an impregnating step (S70) for impregnating the natural antibacterial deodorant whose water is removed into zeolite after mixing the natural antibacterial deodorant with natural zeolite； and a packing step (S80) for packing zeolite into which the deodorant is impregnated. The present invention has an effect for being safe and harmless to humans in use； being economical by maintaining antibacterial effect and deodorization effect for a long time since an antibacterial deodorant is impregnated into natural zeolite having a porous structure； and being economical to utilize a lot of leeks wasted after the harvest since the distribution period of leeks is short.본 발명에 따른 부추추출물을 이용한 고체형 항균 탈취제 제조방법은, 부추를 세척하고 파쇄하는 파쇄단계(S10)와； 항균성분이 추출된 숙성혼합물을 생성하는 숙성단계(S20)와； 상기 숙성혼합물로 숙즙 상태의 부추추출물을 생성하는 농축단계(S30)와； 천연 항균성분이 포함된 식물추출물을 혼합하여 부추추출물혼합액을 생성하는 혼합단계(S40)와； 천연유화제와 천연허브를 혼합하여 천연 항균 탈취제를 생성하는 균질화단계(S50)와； 상기 천연 항균 탈취제에서 수분을 제거하는 수분제거단계(S60)와； 상기 수분이 제거된 천연 항균 탈취제를 천연 제오라이트와 혼합하여 제오라이트에 함침하는 함침단계(S70)； 상기 항균제가 함침된 제오라이트를 포장하는 포장단계(S80)；로 구성되어 사용상 인체에 무해하여 안전하며, 다공성 구조를 갖는 천연 제오라이트에 항균 탈취제가 함침되어 장기간 일정한 항균 및 탈취 효과를 지속할 수 있어 경제적이며, 부추의 특성상 유통기간이 짧아 수확기 이후 폐기되는 다량의 부추를 활용할 수 있는 경제적인 효과가 있다.
