PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking a food, by which the food can be uniformly and efficiently heated from the outer surface of the food to the inner core portion, and to provide a cooking device.SOLUTION: A method for cooking a food is characterized by inserting an inner portion-heating means 2 into the inner portion of the food 1 to continuously heat the food 1 from the inner portion. Also, a method for cooking a food is characterized by inserting an inner portion-heating means 2 into the inner portion of the food 1 to continuously heat the food 1 from the inner portion, and simultaneously heating also the outer portion of the food 1 with an another outer portion-heating means 3.
