In a bottle culture method of Sparassis crispa using a grain culture medium, 10-20 parts by weight of Sparassis crispa liquid spawn is mixed with 50-100 parts by weight of grain culture medium consisting of brown rice and barley in a PP bottle of 850 cc, and the spawn is cultured for 60-75 days at relative humidity of 60-70%.본 발명은 꽃송이버섯을 곡물배지에서 무균상태로 재배한 다음 꽃송이 버섯과 함께 배지를 함께 식품 등의 원료로 사용할 수 있는 꽃송이버섯 재배방법을 제공한다.본원발명의 꽃송이버섯 재배 방법은 곡물배지를 사용하여 꽃송이버섯에 베타클루칸 함량을 증대시키고, 상기 베타글루칸 함량이 증대된 꽃송이버섯을 식품에 이용하기 위함이다.본 발명의 곡물배지를 이용한 꽃송이버섯 병재배 방법은 곡물배지에 850cc 용량의 PP병에 현미와 보리로 구성되는 곡물배지 50~100중량부에 꽃송이버섯 액체종균 10~20중량부를 혼합한 후 배지의 상대습도 60~70%에서 60~75일 동안 재배한다.
