A method for increasing the content of Resveratrol in peanut comprises the following steps of: putting mold fungi into a sprinkling water； and sprinkling it over peanut buds. The sprinkling process is performed after the peanut has embryonic axis. More particularly, the method for increasing the content of Resveratrol in peanut comprises: a first step of harvesting peanut buds 7-11 days after sowing and grinding the harvested peanut buds； and a second step of adding a fermented strain containing penicillium and aspergillus to the ground peanut buds and fermenting for 24-48 hours.
