The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for strengthening the skin barrier containing the rice bran fermentation solids as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition for reinforcing the skin barrier of the present invention is a fermented rice bran secondary fermentation product after inoculation with lactic acid bacteria in an extract obtained by primary fermentation of rice bran with yeast ( Aspergillus oryzae ), and the secondary bran fermentation product as an organic solvent. Purified and removed from the organic solvent as a solid content of fermented rice bran as an active ingredient, it shows excellent anti-oxidation power, and in particular, it has excellent recovery effect of damaged skin barrier and can provide an effective cosmetic composition for enhancing skin moisturizing power.본 발명은 미강 발효 고형분을 유효성분으로 함유한 피부 장벽 강화용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피부 장벽 강화용 화장료 조성물은 미강을 누룩(Aspergillus oryzae)으로 1차 발효한 추출액에, 유산균으로 접종 후 발효하여 농축한 미강 2차 발효물을 제조하고 상기 미강 2차 발효물을 유기용매로 정제하고 상기 유기용매를 제거한 미강 발효 고형분을 유효성분으로 함유한 것으로서, 우수한 항산화력 증진을 보이고, 특히, 손상된 피부 장벽의 회복 효능이 탁월하여 피부보습력 강화에 유효한 화장료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
