This invention provides a tea fluid processing and sterilization method and packaged tea beverage made using the method. The packaged tea beverage thus made can be stored frozen condition or ambient temperature for a long time, and can still retain favorable flavor after long-time storage. The sterilization method of this invention comprises pressurizing the tea at a pressure of 100 to 600 MPa for 0.1 to 10 minutes.本發明提供一種茶汁的加工殺菌方法及利用此方法所製備的包裝茶飲料,所製得的包裝茶飲料可於冷藏或常溫下長時間保存,且長時間保存後飲用仍保有好的風味。本發明的殺菌方法包含於100-600MPa壓力下加壓茶汁0.1-10分鐘的時間。
