PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed green tea beverage capable of providing strong feeling of sweetness specific to green tea beverage even with a small amount of drinking from cold temperature range to room temperature range and capable of providing moderate astringency with balance with sweetness, good over throat feeling and good aftertaste while providing density drinking feeling, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for adjusting sweet and astringent taste of the packed green tea beverage.SOLUTION: A packed green tea beverage has a percentage of the content of a gallate-type catechin (mg/100 ml) to the content of acidic amino acid (mg/100 ml) in amino acids contained in the beverage of 2.0 to 22.0, and difference (μm) between 90% integrated mass particle size (μm) (D90) of fine particles contained in the beverage and 10% integrated mass particle size (μm) of 3.0 to 50.0.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 冷温領域から常温領域において、小量の飲用であっても、緑茶飲料に特有の甘味を強くに感じることが可能で、飲み応えのある濃度感を味わえつつも、甘味とバランスの取れた適度な渋味を感じることができ、のど越しが良く、良好な味の余韻を愉しめる容器詰緑茶飲料及びその製造方法並びに容器詰緑茶飲料の甘渋味調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】飲料液中に含まれるアミノ酸の内、酸性アミノ酸の含有量(mg/100ml)に対するガレート型カテキンの含有量(mg/100ml)の比率が2.0~22.0であって、前記飲料液中に含まれる微粒子の90%積算質量粒子径(μm)(D90)と、10%積算質量の粒子径(μm)との差(μm)が3.0~50.0とする。【選択図】なし
