PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cosmetic composition is provided to improve a physical property by comprising a stage of mixing a oil-in-water emulsion comprising starch and inorganic gelling agent with powder. CONSTITUTION: A dome type powder cosmetic composition comprises: 0.01-15 wt% of starch, and 0.01-20 wt% of inorganic gelling agent to the total weight of the cosmetic composition. A manufacturing method of the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: manufacturing powder by mixing a powder cosmetic material with a binder cosmetic material； manufacturing oil-in-water emulsion comprising starch and inorganic gelling agent； and manufacturing dome type powder cosmetic composition by mixing the powder and oil-in-water emulsion in a ratio of 50:50-70:30.본 발명은 돔형 파우더 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 보다 구체적으로는, 본 발명은 돔형 파우더 화장료 조성물에 있어서, 화장료 조성물 총 중량 대비 전분 0.01-15 중량% 및 무기계 겔화제 0.01-20 중량%를 포함하는 돔형 파우더 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 특히, 본 발명에서의 제조방법은 전분 및 무기계 겔화제를 포함하는 수중유 에멀젼을 파우더 상과 혼합하여 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함함으로써 화장료의 물성을 크게 향상시키는 효과를 발휘한다. 또한, 본 발명은 전분 및 무기계 겔화제를 최적으로 포함함에 따라 종래 돔형 파우더 화장료 조성물보다 발림성, 보습감, 밀참감 및 전연성 및 낙하안정성이 현저히 향상된 메이크업 효과를 나타낸다.
