PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a baked wheat flour food using topping sugar for cookie dough for obtaining a baked wheat flour food which keeps dry and crunchy textures of topping sugar after the elapse of time after baking the dough and for attaching the topping sugar to the cookie dough evenly.
SOLUTION: In the method for producing a baked wheat flour food using topping sugar for cookie dough which mainly contains granulated sugar or coarse sugar, 0.1-35 pts.mass of inulin relative to 100 pts.mass of the topping sugar is placed in the topping sugar or between the topping sugar and the cookie dough.
