PURPOSE: A producing method of a liquid beverage using a pine tree wooden container is provided to use the container coated with a rosin alcohol solution or having vessels filled with the rosin alcohol solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a liquid beverage using a pine tree wooden container comprises the following steps: cutting a pine tree into a rectangular shape to obtain boards, and pressurizing the boards(S110)； coating the surface of the obtained boards for the container with a rosin solution, and arranging the boards in parallel to contact one sides to each other on a frame with an opening on the center to obtain front, rear, and side frames(S111, S120)； dipping the frames in an alcoholic solution(S130)； installing the frames to a container frame using fixing units on the front, rear, and side surface of container frames； storing distillation-fermented alcoholic drink inside the container for aging(S150)； and secondly distilling the drink(S160).본 발명은 소나무목통을 이용한 액상음료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 소나무(또는 잣나무) 목재로 만든 목통용널을 알코올에 용해시킨 송진(松津)의 용액으로 표면도포(coating)하거나 내부의 도관(vessel)을 충진시킨 목통용널을 이용하여 제작된 액상식품용 목통을 이용하여 만들어진 액상음료에 소나무속의 목재 향과 맛을 갖도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 소나무(또는 잣나무)를 직사각 형상으로 절단하여 형성된 널을 감압 또는 가압처리시켜 뒤틀림, 터짐, 곰팡이 번식 및 해충 침식 등을 방지하도록 한 목통용널(160)로 제작하는 단계(S110)와, 상기 단계(S110)에 의해 송진(松津)용액이 표면에 도포된 목통용널(160)을 중앙부가 관통된 틀에 일면이 서로 접하도록 병렬로 각각 배열 고정시켜 전면틀(130)과 배면틀(140) 그리고 측면틀(150)로 제작하는 단계(S120)와, 상기 단계(S120)에 의해 제작된 전면틀(130)과 배면틀(140) 그리고 측면틀(150)을 주류용액에 수분간 침지시켜 팽창시키므로 인해 목통용널이 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 침지시키는 단계(S130)와, 상기 단계(S130)에 의해 제작된 전면틀(130)과 배면틀(140) 그리고 측면틀(150)을 전면과 후면이 개구된 다각기둥체 형상의 단면으로 형성되고, 외주면에는 원주방향 일전 간격 다수의 관통공이 형성된 목통용틀(110)의 전면과 배면 그리고 측면에 누수방지를 위해 고정수단(120)을 매개로 고정시켜 목통으로 제작하는 단계(S140)와, 상기 단계(S140)에 의해 제작된 목통(100)에 알코올을 발효한 증류를 저장시켜 숙성시키는 단계(S150)와, 상기 단계(S150)에 의해 숙성된 주류를 순화된 주류로 제조하기 위하여 재증류하는 단계(S160)를 포함하여 이루어진 것에 의해 달성된다.
