A sterilized or pasteurized liquid enteral nutritional composition comprising:! i) from 9 to 20 g of non-hydrolyzed globular protein per 100 ml of a composition with pH>; 3 and ≤8; ! ii) 10 to 20 g of non-hydrolyzed globular protein per 100 ml of composition; ! iii) from 9 to 20 g of non-hydrolyzed globular protein per 100 ml of composition, provided that the UHT-sterilized composition comprises 9.2 wt.% whey protein with pH = 3. ! 2.
