1. A nutritional composition containing protein, digestible carbohydrates and fat, and the protein contains the amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a weight ratio of leucine: isoleucine: valine (1.1-1.5) :( 0.9-1.1): 1,0.2. The nutritional composition according to claim 1, in which the weight ratio of Leu: Ile: Val is (1.3-1.5) :( 0.9-1.1): 1.0.3. The nutritional composition of claim 1, wherein the sum of leucine, isoleucine and valine provides at least 20% by weight of the total amino acid content. The nutritional composition according to claim 1, in which the protein contains from 120 to 180 mg of leucine per 100 kcal of the total composition, from 90 to 180 mg of isoleucine per 100 kcal of the total composition, and from 90 to 180 mg of valine per 100 kcal of the total composition. 5. The nutritional composition of claim 4, wherein the protein contains 130 to 160 mg of leucine per 100 kcal of the total composition, 100 to 120 mg of isoleucine per 100 kcal of the total composition, and 105 to 121 mg of valine per 100 kcal of the total composition. 6. The nutritional composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, in which the protein comprises from 5 to 8% of the total calorie content of the composition. The nutritional composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising at least one bifidogenic dietary fiber selected from the group consisting of beta-linked galactooligosaccharides, transgalactooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, lacto-N-tetraosis (LNT), lacto-N-neotetraosis (neo-LNT), fucosyllactose, fucosylated LNT, fucosylated neo-LNT and xylo-oligosaccharides. 8.
