The present invention provides a method for producing fried glutinous nut crackers by using citron and lemon. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: washing citron, lemon, and fruits mixing the washed fruits with the citron and lemon at a ratio of 1:0.9-1.5 producing dried fruits by soaking the fruits mixed with the citron and lemon in sugar at a ratio of 1:0.9-1.2, and drying the fruits soaked in sugar producing red ginseng sugaring food by soaking a red ginseng product consisting of red ginseng, black ginseng, Coconopsis lanceolata, balloon flower, lotus root, or burdock, in oligosaccharide or sugar slicing the dried fruits and the red ginseng sugaring food into 1 to 4 mm, and pulverizing nuts into 2 to 4 mm and mixing 60 to 70 parts by weight of the pulverized nuts, 20 to 30 parts by weight of the sliced fruits, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of the sliced red ginseng sugaring food. The present invention realizes refreshing and sweet tastes desired by consumer by using citron and lemon, thereby producing fried glutinous nut crackers which satisfy preference of the consumers and are nutritious. In addition, the fried glutinous nut crackers are produced by mixing nuts, dried fruits, and root food such as red ginseng, black ginseng, balloon flower, lotus root, burdock, and the like, thus containing abundant minerals and vitamins.
