The purpose of this patent is to extract the main lock-in for the industrialization of the production of uvane from the biomass of Ulva lactuca. This green seaweed can be found off the coast of Tunisia, but is under exploited. This green tide is a potential source of sulfate soluble polysaccharides. Therefore, it is necessary to understand polysaccharides in order to be able to demonstrate possible value-added pathways. More specifically, it is essential to identify the extraction process to provide good yield, interesting compositions, and optimal thermal stability of the polysaccharide. In this regard,The effects of acid extraction and enzyme chemistry on wuerwan yield, chemical composition and thermal properties were realized. According to this patent, changes in extraction process have a significant impact on the yield of ulvanes. In fact, after enzymatic chemical extraction,The yield of ulvanee was the highest, but it was lower under strict extraction conditions (90 ° c-ph 1.5). Ulvanes are rich in monosaccharide (- 21.25% - 32.21%) and uric acid (- 22.37% - 25.96%). Glucose was mainly composed of rhubarb (12.73% - 16.77%) and glucose (2.74% - 12.71%).
