The invention provides a method for preparing hemp rich extract from hemp plant or its by-product or n'impo1te source containing a9-tetrahydrocannabinol (a9-thc).Cannabinol, cannabinoids, their carboxylic acids and thcv. According to the invention, the plant material is suspended in an aqueous solution with a high alkaline pH and extracted in the presence of ultrasonic energy. The resulting suspension clarity is then obtained by pH inversion precipitation to obtain these extracts. The extract was then used to selectively purify individual cannabis by chromatography.La présente application conceme une méthode de préparation d’extraits riches en cannabinoides a partir des plantes du genre cannabis ou de leurs sous produits ou de n’impo1te quel source contenant a9-tetrahydrocannabinol (a9-thc), cannabinol, cannabidiol leurs acides carboxyliques correspondants et le thcv. Selon la présente application, le matériel végétal est suspendu dans une solution aqueuse a un ph hautement basique, et extrait en présence d’une énergie ultrasons. La suspension ainsi obtenue et claritiée. Un extrait ces est obtenu par la suite par une précipitation par ph inversion. Par la suite cet extrait est utilisé pour purifier sélectivement les cannabinoides individuels avec un processus chromatographique.
