Method for determining deviations between coordinate systems of differenttechnicalsystems, comprising the steps of determining a coordinate position of areference featureof a test object in the coordinate system (u,v) of a first of the technicalsystems, theattachment of at least one test feature to the test object, with the testfeature being attachedin the coordinate system of a second of the technical systems at a coordinateposition that isdetermined in dependence on the determined coordinate position of thereference feature,the determination of a coordinate position of the at least one test featureand/or at least onefeature derived from it in the coordinate system (u,v) of the first technicalsystem, anddetermination of deviations between the coordinate systems of the first andsecondtechnical system, at least on the basis of: (a) the determined coordinateposition of the atleast one test feature and/or of the at least one feature derived from it inthe coordinatesystem (u,v) of the first technical system and (b) the coordinate position ofthe referencefeature in the coordinate system (u,v) of the first technical system.
