PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding apparatus and a water culture apparatus which can form a member holding a water supplying sheet inexpensively and readily, can reduce a running cost, can improve the degree of freedom in changing the water supplying sheet, and can separate a plant readily.SOLUTION: A pair of pinching members 4A and 4B provided above a water tank 10 in which a nutrient solution W is stored, and a water supply sheet 5 for seeding of which the one end side is pinched between the pinching members 4A and 4B to be held while the other end side is immersed in the nutrient solution W to suck the nutrient solution W are comprised.
