PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfection layer device for efficiently disinfecting pathogenic bacteria existing agricultural service water and nutritious liquid to be used especially in hydroponics.SOLUTION: This disinfection layer device 10 is made of a container 11, a disinfection layer 12, a conduit pipe 14, a drainage pipe 15, a disinfecting sheet 16, baffle plates 17 and 18, and a faucet socket 19. The disinfection layer is formed by baking in a doughnut shape a mixed raw material of a phosphate-based antibacterial agent supporting a metal having antibacterial effect, such as silver and copper, an inorganic binder, and irregular shape granular ceramics. The disinfection layer and the baffle plate are alternatively laminated in the container, the conduit pipe and the drainage pipe are inserted into through holes formed centrally in the disinfection layer, and a container inner wall and the suspended part of the drainage pipe are covered with the disinfecting sheet. Since agricultural circulating water 13 circulating in the disinfection layer device thoroughly prevails in the disinfection layer and the disinfecting sheet, and the disinfection layer contains irregular shape granular ceramics, the contact area of the circulating water is widened, and pathogenic bacteria in liquid are efficiently disinfected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、特に養液栽培で使用される農業用用水や養液に存在する病原菌を効率良く除菌する除菌層装置を提供する。【解決手段】除菌層装置10は、容器11、除菌層12、導水パイプ14、排水パイプ15、除菌シート16、邪魔板17,18及び水栓ソケット12からなり、除菌層を、銀、銅等の抗菌効果を有する金属を担持させたリン酸塩系の抗菌剤と、無機系バインダーと、異形粒状セラミックスとの混合原料をドーナツ状に焼成して形成し、除菌層と邪魔板とを容器内で交互に積層し、除菌層中心に形成された貫通孔に導水パイプと排水パイプとを挿通し、容器内壁と排水パイプの垂設部分を除菌シートで被覆して構成されている。該除菌層装置を循環する農業用循環水13は、除菌層及び除菌シートに満遍なく行き渡り、除菌層は異形粒状セラミックスを含むので、循環水の接触面積を広くすることができ、液中の病原菌を効率よく除菌することができる。【選択図】図1
