PROVIDED ARE A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHOCOLATE AND A DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING CHOCOLATE THAT HAVE SUPERIOR PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY IN MOLDING AND COOLING STEPS AND CAN ACHIEVE THE PROVISION OF A PLURALITY OF MOLDING AND COOLING LINES IN A SMALL SPACE. THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHOCOLATE (EXCLUDING, HERE, A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THAT CARRIES OUT MOLD TRANSPORT) INCLUDES: A FIRST MOLDING STEP FOR MOLDING CHOCOLATE STOCK SOLUTION ON A FIRST CONVEYOR BELT: A SECOND MOLDING STEP FOR MOLDING CHOCOLATE STOCK SOLUTION ON A SECOND CONVEYOR BELT PROVIDED IN A STAGE ABOVE THE FIRST CONVEYOR BELT AND A COOLING STEP IN WHICH CHOCOLATE IS OBTAINED BY PASSING THE CHOCOLATE STOCK SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN MOLDED ON THE FIRST AND SECOND CONVEYOR BELTS THROUGH A PLURAL STAGE CONVEYOR BELT TYPE COOLING DEVICE THROUGH WHICH AT LEAST THE FIRST AND SECOND CONVEYOR BELTS CAN PASS, AND COOLING AND HARDENING THE SAME. THE FIRST MOLDING STEP USES A ROTARY MOLDING MACHINE HAVING A ROTATING ROLL IN WHICH A PLURALITY OF OPENINGS THAT CAN DISCHARGES CHOCOLATE STOCK SOLUTION ARE FORMED IN THE SURFACE TO MOLD THE CHOCOLATE STOCK SOLUTION INTO CHIP SHAPES ON THE FIRST CONVEYOR BELT.
