According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing instant rice wrapped in vegetables comprises: a seasoned bibimbap preparation step of cooking rice and then mixing the rice with seasonings to prepare seasoned bibimbap a step of preparing vegetables capable of wrapping the seasoned bibimbap and a step of wrapping the seasoned bibimbap with the prepared vegetables to provide instant rice wrapped in vegetables.
