PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food, a cosmetic or a medicine exhibiting safe and sufficient antiallergic effects and allowing daily chronic dosing.SOLUTION: The antiallergic agent includes elenolic acid or a salt thereof. The elenolic acid or the salt thereof has excellent histamine isolation-inhibiting effect and exhibits antiallergic effects. The compound also exhibits pollinosis-ameliorating effects and atopic dermatitis-ameliorating effects.
