PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garlic bulb peeling device surely peeling a skin covering the surface of a bulb of a post-harvest fresh garlic having a high water content, and preventing damage of a bulb.SOLUTION: There are included: a container 4 for storing a garlic bulb 3, a transport mechanism for transporting the plurality of containers 4, and a nozzle mechanism 6 covering from above the containers 4 vertically elevated/lowered and transported, and jetting compressed air into the containers 4 to peel the skin of the garlic bulb 3.
