The present invention relates to an apparatus for peeling garlic which transfers a predetermined amount of garlic contained in a hopper to a peeling container, and divides the transferred garlic into the skin surrounding the garlic and peeled garlic by a cyclone method based on the supply of air, thereby minimizing damage to garlic and maximizing a garlic peeling efficiency. The apparatus for peeling garlic includes: a housing； a garlic peeler which extends inwards from an upper part of the housing, feeds garlic to the upper part thereof, peels the garlic by air, and automatically divides the garlic into peeled garlic and the skin； an air supply which is mounted on the garlic peeler, and supplies air to feed and peel the garlic, and discharge the peeled garlic and the skin； and a controller which is mounted on the front surface of the housing, and displays on/off of an operation, peeling start, feeding, counts of the number of processing and discharge, and the pressure of supplied air.
