PURPOSE: Black tea containing mountain ginseng using ginseng leaves and black tea leaves, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to components having pharmacological activity in the ginseng leaves.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of black tea containing mountain ginseng using ginseng leaves and black tea leaves comprises the following steps: mixing 0.8-1.2 parts of ginseng leaves by weight and 8-12 parts of black tea leaves by weight, and roasting the mixture at 100-140 deg. C for 10-30 minutes stirring and drying the roasted leaves at 180-260 deg. C for 20-40 minutes and secondly drying the leaves at 100-140 deg.
