PURPOSE: A producing method of reed tea pills using leaves and roots of reed is provided to enable users to easily and economically produce the pills using reed tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of reed tea pills using leaves and roots of reed comprises the following steps: washing and cutting reed leaves and roots before drying, and roasting the dried reed leaves and roots at 150-250 deg C for 6-15 minutes in a cylinder pan-firing oven or a caldron； secondly roasting the reed leaves and roots at 80-150 deg C for 10-20 minutes； thirdly roasting the reed leaves and roots at 70-90 deg C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling； crushing the roasted reed leaves and roots into 100-200 meshes； and mixing the crushed reed tea with additional ingredients before molding into the pills.본 발명은 갈대차환의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 갈대잎과 뿌리를 채취, 세척 및 절단하는 전처리공정, 상기 전처리된 갈대를 가마솥이나 원통덖음솥에 넣고 150-250℃의 온도에서 6-15분간 덖는 1차 덖음공정, 상기 1차 덖음된 갈대를 수분이 증발하고 난 후 가마솥이나 원통덖음솥에 넣고 80-150℃의 온도에서 10-20분간 덖는 2차 덖음공정, 상기 2차 덖음된 갈대를 가마솥이나 원통덖음솥에 넣고 70-90℃의 온도에서 천천히 30-40분간 덖어 향을 부가시키는 가향 덖음공정, 상기 가향 덖음된 갈대차를 100-200 mesh가 되도록 분쇄하는 분쇄공정, 상기 분쇄된 갈대차에 부재료를 혼합한 후 환으로 성형하는 제환공정을 포함하는 갈대차환의 제조방법을 제공한다.
