The single-chain antibody specifically recognizes an antigen, MSLN. The chimeric antigen receptor further comprises a transmembrane domain. The transmembrane domain is connected with the extracellular domain and is embedded in the membrane of the lymphocyte. The chimeric antigen receptor further comprises an intracellular domain.
