The chimeric antigen receptor comprises: extracellular, transmembrane, and intracellular domains. The extracellular domain comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region of a single-chain antibody. The single-chain antibody specifically recognizes an antigen, MSLN. The transmembrane domain is connected with the extracellular domain and is embedded in the membrane of the T lymphocyte.
