PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reasonable harvest, transportation, utilization method for unhulled rice and straws, by which the unhulled rice or the straws can efficiently be utilized for food uses, industrial uses, feed uses and the like in good efficiency, and which enables industrialization related to not only the food uses of rice but also industrial uses, feed uses and the like, and can contribute to the countermeasures for excessive rice fields in farm villages.SOLUTION: The reasonable harvest, transportation, utilization method for unhulled rice and straws is characterized by comprising a process for drying rice plants on a field in a standing state, a process for reaping and threshing the standing, dried rice plants with a combine harvester and finely cutting out the obtained straws with a cutter, a process for accumulating and leaving the finely cut straws on the field as such and naturally drying the left cut straws for an about half a day, a process for picking up the upper layer portion of the naturally dried straws with a roll bailer and baling the picked straws, a process for leaving the lower layer portion of the naturally dried straws to return the lower layer portion to the field, and a process for transporting the baled straws to a biomass plant and for transporting the dried unpolished rice obtained by the threshing directly or through a country elevator to an unpolished rice-treating, storing factory.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】籾ないしワラを食用用途、工業用途、飼料用途等に無駄なく効率よく利用することができ、米の食用用途のみならず、工業用途、飼料用途等に関する事業化を可能にし、また、農村における水田の余剰対策に貢献し得る、籾及びワラの合理的収穫・移送・利用方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】圃場でイネを立毛乾燥させる工程と、前記立毛乾燥させたイネをコンバインで刈り取り、脱穀すると共にカッターでワラを細断処理する工程と、前記細断処理したワラをそのまま圃場に堆積放置して、半日程度自然乾燥させる工程と、前記自然乾燥させたワラの上層部をロールベーラーで拾い上げてベール梱包する工程と、前記自然乾燥させたワラの下層部を圃場還元用に残す工程と、前記ベール梱包したワラをバイオマスプラントに搬送すると共に、前記脱穀により得た乾燥籾を直接又はカントリーエレベーターを介して籾処理・備蓄工場に搬送する工程とから成る。【選択図】図1
