The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a functional beverage by using a fruit extract and an edible flower extract, a functional beverage manufactured through the method, and a use method thereof. The present invention includes: a step (S10) of manufacturing a fruit extract from a plurality of fruits； a step (S20) of bottling and refrigerating the fruit extract manufactured through the step (S10)； a step (S30) of manufacturing an edible flower extract from a plurality of edible flowers； a step (S40) of bottling and refrigerating the edible flower extract, manufactured through the step (S30), in an ampoule； a step (S50) of primarily mixing a diluent with the fruit extract manufactured through the step (S10)； and a step (S60) of secondarily mixing an edible flower extract, selected from the edible flower extract ampoule prepared through the step (S40), with the fruit extract mixed with the diluent through the primary mixing step (S50).
