This technology relates to a process of a ready-to-drink (RTD) herbal tea made from extracts of raw materials, such as oregano (origanum vulgare), lemon grass (cymbopogan flexuosus), and camote tops (ipomea batatas) flavored with pineapple extract, consisting of the following steps: 1) cleaning and washing of the oregano, lemon grass, camote tops, and pineapple to remove dirt and contaminants, 2) boiling of the raw materials (oregano, lemon grass, camote tops, and pineapple) separately for 2 minutes under the temperature of 95øC to attain the desired extract, 3) cooling and straining of the extracts, 4) mixing of the extracts 20 mL oregano, 15 ml lemon grass, 25 mL camote tops and 25 of pineapple extract, 5) bottling of the mixed extracts, 6) pasteurizing the bottled extracts under 60øC for 30 minutes, and 6) cooling and storing of the pasteurized bottled extracts.
