This invention relates to a non-invasive assessment system and method of the degree of liver fibrosis, in which pulse echoed ultrasonic wave is used to scan vitro the region corresponding to the liver of the to-be-tested person in order to obtain echoed RF signals, and echoed RF signals of normal livers are used to establish a standard normal model by quantile line plots, wherein the area enclosed by the firs and third quantile lines represents the numeric range of a normal liver. Then a to-be-tested line is drawn on the abovementioned quantile line plot according to the echoed RF signals of the to-be-tested person. When the to-be-tested line is located below the first quantile line or above the third quantile line, the area between the to-be-tested line and the first quantile line or the third quantile line is calculated, and when the to-be-tested line is located between the first quantile and the third quantile, the area is determined to be zero. The calculated area is used to assess the degree of liver fibrosis.一種非侵入式肝纖維化程度評估系統與方法,係利用脈衝回波式超音波掃描待測者體外相對應於肝臟之區域,以獲得回波射頻訊號;利用正常肝臟之回波射頻訊號以分位數線圖建立標準常態模型,其中第一與第三分位數線所圍成之面積表示正常肝臟之數值範圍;依據待測者之回波射頻訊號,於前述分位數線圖上繪製一待測線;當待測線位於第一分位數線下方或第三分位數線上方時,計算待測線與第一或第三分位數線間面積,而當待測線位於第一分位數線與第三分位數線間時,判定面積數值為零;依據所算出之面積數值,以評估肝纖維化程度。1...脈衝回波式超音波單元10...探頭2...處理單元20...標準常模產生次單元22...待測線產生次單元24...計算次單元3...判斷單元4...量化指標產生單元
