The present invention relates to a green bean roasting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the green bean roasting device comprises: a roasting kettle in which a roasting unit to perform roasting of green beans is formed therein； a heating member embedded in a heating hole formed in the roasting kettle, integrated with the roasting kettle and heating the roasting kettle during roasting； and a mixing device installed into the roasting kettle to be rotatable and mixing green beans during roasting. Accordingly, as the heating member is embedded in the heating hole formed in the roasting kettle and heat is provided to the roasting kettle during roasting of green beans, roasting time of green beans can be drastically reduced and more efficient roasting is possible.본 발명은 생두 로스팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 생두 로스팅 장치는 생두의 로스팅이 이루어지는 로스팅부가 내부에 형성된 로스팅 케틀, 상기 로스팅 케틀에 형성된 히팅홀에 매립되어 로스팅 케틀과 일체화되며 로스팅시 상기 로스팅 케틀을 가열하는 히팅부재 및 상기 로스팅 케틀의 내부에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 로스팅시 생두를 교반하는 교반장치를 포함한다. 따라서 로스팅 케틀에 형성된 히팅홀에 히팅부재를 매립하여 생두 로스팅시 로스팅 케틀에 열을 제공함으로써, 생두의 로스팅 시간을 대폭 단축할 수 있는 더욱 효율적인 로스팅이 가능하다.
