PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transplant seedlings at a missing plant position where missing plants are caused by a seedling planting failure after transplanting seedlings in a farm field on a sulky transplanter.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter (2) is mounted on an unmanned aircraft (1). The unmanned aircraft (1) includes a GPS (16), a control part (17), and an imaging device (18) for imaging a farm field (h).
