- FEELnc Coding Potential Scores for Chicken LncRNAs. The coding potential scores calculated by FEELnc. The \u201Ccoding_potential\u201D column is the coding potential score, with 0 being the least likely to be coding and 1 being most likely. The \u201Clabel\u201D column is 0 or 1 to indicate if the score lies above or below the cutoff determined by FEELnc using cross validation. 0 indicates a predicted lncRNA while 1 is a predicted coding transcript. - Summary of the distribution of microglia in the retinal layers. Microglia are distributed in diverse layers of the retina. In control eyes, most microglia occur in the ganglion cell layer (GCL) and the inner nuclear layer (INL). Eyes of iOHT group show no significant changes for microglia alterations between retinal layers. In contrast, a shifting of microglia populations can be observed from the inner nuclear layer to the ganglion cell layer in both eyes of Belimumab-treated animals. Data are given as mean number of Iba1-positive cells per mm retina\u2009±\u2009standard deviation (SD). * indicates individual retinal layers without statistically significant changes. Statistically significant p values are highlighted in bold and red. (XLSX 11 kb)
