PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing neotame and a dispersant.SOLUTION: In the composition containing neotame and the dispersant, the dispersant comprises the same or different kinds of 1-2 dispersant selected from the group consisting of crystalline glucose hydrate, anhydrous glucose, reduced palatinose, erythritol, lactitol, trehalose, dextrin and D-mannitol. The dispersant is included in 1-3,150 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of neotame.
