PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-soluble vitamin-containing solubilizing composition using no food emulsifier, and excellent in clearness when being added to drink.
SOLUTION: This fat-soluble vitamin-containing solubilizing composition (1) contains in 100 pts.mass thereof, (a) 1-20 pts.mass of fat-soluble vitamin, (b) 5-20 pts.mass of octenyl succinate starch, (c) 5-20 pts.mass of gum arabic, and (d) 15-63 pts.mass of polyhydric alcohol.
