PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for suppressing mouth odors.SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition for suppressing mouth odors containing Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract. On the other hand, as for myrsinoic acid in Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract, water-soluble is low, and there is a problem of difficulty of elution if it contained in the composition for mouth odor. In order to solve the problem, the invention further provides a composition for suppressing mouth odors containing Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract in a sugar coating. On the other hand, it has a problem of difficulty of dispersion of Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract when it is contained in the sugar coating. In order to solve the problem, the invention provides a composition for suppressing mouth odors containing Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract and an emulsifying agent in the sugar coating. The invention also provides a production method of the composition for suppressing mouth odors containing Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract with the sugar coating, the method comprising mixing the emulsifying agent with Myrsine seguinii H.Lev. extract and mixing this into a sugar coating sirup.
